With a foundational background in Petroleum Engineering and a Master's in Environmental & Energy Management, he specializes in dual-discipline leadership — aligning complex energy project planning with rigorous environmental compliance and sustainable resource management.

Over a 20+ year career spanning both West African and European energy landscapes, Ewubareh Andrew has held key operational roles in Nigeria overseeing environmental management, regulatory compliance, and field-level project planning for energy developments. In the UK, he expanded this focus into major energy and infrastructure project planning — optimizing project execution, supply chain logistics, and risk mitigation strategies.

As Managing Director, he leads Yudiva's strategic vision, acting as a trusted trade facilitator and advisor — bridging the gap between international buyers, and verified commodity supply corridors, while maintaining strict adherence to global ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and trade compliance standards.
